Our mission is to change how the world feels about mental health at scale. While there's still much to be done to shift the culture in complex organisations, I’ve seen that it's possible. However, we can’t do it alone. That's why I'm sharing openly and seeking like-minded individuals to share, reflect, and discuss – because workplaces can’t wait.
